- Estimates:Any price provided over the phone or WhatsApp is an estimate based on the information provided. The final price will be confirmed after an on-site inspection.
- Payment:Payment terms will be agreed upon confirmation of the job. We reserve the right to request a deposit before work commences.
- Warranty:We provide warranties for specific waterproofing works as stated in your official quotation/invoice. The warranty covers workmanship and materials used.
- Limitation of Liability:While we strive for the highest quality, Key Feature Sdn Bhd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to pre-existing structural damage.
